Do these blocks need a vapour barrier in exterior applications?

No. Construction with Shree Flyash AAC provides a solid, monolithic wall system with an enclosed, non-connected cellular structure. To complement this structure, exterior finishes are designed to provide a healthy balance between moisture resistance and vapour diffusion. By pushing water vapour out through the walls, the air conditioning system prevents moisture from penetrating.
