For most of the contractors and architects, adopting GREEN building materials & construction practices is not a CHOICE now-a-days, but a serious commitment towards building a sustainable future of the planet for our NEXT generations. If you are one among them and looking for GREEN and eco-friendly building materials, you would surely go with Flyash AAC blocks for your walling solutions in all the running and future projects under you. But before hand, the manufacturing of Flyash AAC Blocks (Aerated Autoclaved Concrete Blocks) is equally important for you to know about. Here’s what you should know about the manufacturing of Flyash AAC Blocks:
1. Manufactured with 100% natural materials: Unlike traditional clay bricks, Shree Flyash AAC Blocks is manufactured with 100% eco-friendly materials. Conventional red bricks use cultivable top soil and thus are responsible for top soil degradation. The manufacturing of Flyash AAC blocks also requires less energy as compared with the traditional blocks and thus they have very low carbon emission footprints.
2. Steps involved in Flyash AAC block manufacturing:
Step 1: Basic preparation: Flyash AAC is manufactured by mixing sand or pulverized fuel ash, cement, anhydrite, lime, and water. A very small quantity of aluminium powder is added as FOAMING AGENT.
Step 2: Mixing process: Our Flyash ACC blocks are manufactured in fully automated plants, this ensures the mixture is accurately and evenly combined. The mixture is put into moulds.
Step 3: Cutting: One of the key advantages of using Flyash AAC Blocks is that they can be cut into any size or shape. This makes it easy to use them even in odd angles. It is at this stage that the mixture that has turned into a cake is cut into desired shapes. The cake is machine/hand-sawn using wires and knives into the blocks with lot of precision accuracy.
Step 4: Autoclaving : The last step in the production of Flyash AAC blocks is autoclaving. This is the most important step as it is at this stage that the blocks achieve high compressive and tensile strength leading to higher durability. At this stage, the Flyash AAC mix is hardened in a saturated steam atmosphere at a temperature of approx. 180 – 190°C. It is this steam that cures the structure, lending them durability and strength. Flyash AAC blocks are more durable and stronger than traditionsl building materials which are not steam cured normally.
3. Technology behind Shree Flyash AAC Blocks: As one of the largest and leading Flyash AAC block manufacturers in North India, we use the most advanced and latest technology to make our products. Our Flyash AAC blocks are manufactured using state-of-the-art German technology —Wehrhahn — which ensures that the end products possess superior strength and durability with very high precision. We have entirely automated state-of-the-art plants that comply with precise manufacturing practices. Our Flyash AAC Blocks have excellent thermal insulation and sound insulation properties. Our Flyash AAC blocks can help reduce power consumption costs by 30% due to the lesser need for air conditioning.
Why use Shree Flyash AAC Blocks for your future projects? Shree Flyash AAC Blocks are an eco-friendly alternative to traditional red clay bricks. These are also much stronger and durable than conventional bricks. They are more cost-efficient than red bricks and less steel and mortar are needed for binding.
