Shree Flyash AAC Blocks
Shree Flyash AAC Blocks are made with 100% eco-friendly materials. These blocks are easy to install due to their perfect size and shape. Unlike red clay bricks, our AAC blocks can be easily hand-sawn as per various requirements. This lightweight yet durable block ensures less use of steel and mortar while phenomenally expediting your rate of construction. Shree Flyash’s excellent thermal insulation features keep your construction cool in summer and hot during winter. This subsequently reduces your power consumption cost by almost 30%.
Shree BLOCKJOIN Polymer
Shree BLOCKJOIN (AAC block jointing mortar – Polymer Modified) is a ready-to-mix Thin Bed Mortar for constructing walls using Shree Flyash AAC Blocks. The key advantage of this method is that No Curing Is Required To This Product. It’s a factory-made premixed mortar manufactured with the highest quality precision at every stage i.e. right from the material selection like SAND, OPC AND ADVANCED POLYMERS to its manufacturing process. It complies with C-1660-09 ASTM standards (www.astm.org), a worldwide standard followed for thin bed mortar.

Sand Quality
When preparing the mix, Shree BLOCKJOIN uses well-graded, processed, and granulated sand in the right amounts, whereas others do not, resulting in inadequate bond strength.
Quality of Cement
Shree BLOCKJOIN is manufactured using OPC-43 grade cement of Shree Brand, whereas others use PPC of any sub-standard quality. It leads to compromised strength and poor construction quality.
Quality of Polymers
Shree BLOCKJOIN is manufactured by adding top-quality polymers from global brands such as WECKER, DOW CHEMICALS etc. The quality and quantity of these polymers are added by pre-engineering the product which is suitable for Indian construction practices, whereas some other brands use cheaper quality polymers procured from domestic brands to reduce their costs, leading to inferior performance of the ready-mix product at site.
